A concrete mixer, also known as a cement mixer is an equipment that creates a homogeneous mixture of various materials including cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. A concrete mixer generally makes use of a revolving drum to mix the components/ materials. There are also available portable cement mixers for smaller volume of work.
